Providence Financial Solutions (PFS) is a consumer financial services referral company. We help consumers identify potential violations of federal consumer protection laws and connect them with licensed consumer rights law firms who provide legal representation.
PFS is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, represent clients in court, or practice law in any jurisdiction. The attorneys who represent you work for our partner law firms — not for PFS.
| We are not | What that means for you |
|---|---|
| A law firm | Contacting PFS does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is established with the partner law firm you are connected to after enrollment. |
| A debt settlement company | We do not collect your payments, hold funds in escrow accounts, or negotiate settlements on your behalf. Legal representation is handled entirely by the partner law firm. |
| A credit repair company | We do not directly dispute items on your credit report or charge fees for credit repair. Credit reporting disputes pursued as part of your legal case are handled by your attorneys under the FCRA. |
| A bank or lender | We do not provide loans, lines of credit, or financial products of any kind. |
PFS receives compensation from our partner law firms when a consumer we refer chooses to enroll in their legal services program. This is a referral fee arrangement.
This compensation arrangement does not affect the legal fees charged to you by the partner law firm, and it does not affect the quality or scope of legal representation you receive. The attorneys' primary obligation is to you as their client, not to PFS.
The free initial consultation with PFS is provided at no cost to you. If you choose not to enroll, you owe nothing.
PFS works with licensed consumer rights law firms whose attorneys are admitted to practice in the states where their clients reside. These firms specialize in federal consumer protection law, including:
PFS does not control or supervise the legal work performed by partner law firms. Once you enroll, your relationship is governed by a separate agreement directly with the law firm.
Any client results, testimonials, or outcomes described on this website represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Every consumer's financial and legal situation is different. The outcome of any legal matter depends on the specific facts and circumstances involved.
No one can guarantee that your debts will be eliminated, that negative credit items will be removed, or that legal action will not be taken against you by a creditor. We will give you an honest assessment of your situation during the free consultation.
The impact on your credit score will depend on your specific accounts, their current status, and the course of action taken by the partner law firm. PFS does not make representations about credit score outcomes. We will discuss the realistic credit implications of your situation honestly during your consultation.
During your free consultation, PFS may perform a soft credit inquiry (also called a soft pull) to review your credit file. This inquiry:
PFS primarily serves consumers in Arizona. Consumer protection laws vary by state, and the availability of specific legal remedies depends on the laws of your state of residence. Your partner law firm will advise you on the laws applicable to your specific situation.
